The earlier you can plan the better. Unfortunately parents do not respond or take quite a long time to RSVP, so be prepared for that.

When booking Charlie Farley or Rags, we will confirm which one of us is available for your special event send you confirmation once we have been given all the details of your venue address time etc and will call you a couple of days before your party to introduce ourselves to you if you haven't already spoken to us and also gives you the opportunity to ask any other questions you may have before your party.

Can I have a joint party? "YES" Joint parties are a cost effective way to hold a party. We ask that ONLY one parent deal with us with all the booking details to avoid any confusion about party details.

If you have three children aged 3, 5, 9, and the party is for the 5 year old the content of the show will predominantly be tailored and targeted towards the Birthday child's age as it is their special day, a mix of ages can sometimes lead to unnecessary disruptions so stick to the birthday child's friends and make the older child special by giving them jobs to do.

Many parents will leave their children at the party (Remember to get a contact Number of the parents not staying in case of emergencies) for those that do stay they always enjoy the entertainment just as much as the kids.

Generally some adults will want to stay for a cup of Tea or Coffee and a chat, which is nice but this can be incredibly distracting for the children and us entertainers, as the adults do not realise how loud they are talking in the background. Therefore we recommend putting a few chairs at the back of the venue for these adults to sit.
Rest assured if the "PARENTS" do get a little out of control and too noisy, a short burst of our Impromptu adult audience participation always does the trick.

It is paramount that at least one adult is present at all times whilst the entertainer is performing.

Unless you specifically request an additional entertainer there is no need to have more than one entertainer as Both Charlie Farley and Rags have been professionally trained and have over 20 years performing experience and are skilled enough to keep the party guests entertained.

A deposit Is required to secure you booking and full payment will be required on the day in cash ( an invoice for the full amount will be given on the day unless you ave already paid in full)

(Sorry we no longer accept Cheques on the day of the Party)

Once you have confirmed the correct full details of your party you will received written confirmation about the date of your event, you can pay your deposit or pay in full if you choose. We have secure online payment by pay pal.

Nooooo as you can see on our video and photo's we are more cartoon like rather than scary clown's that hide behind that style of ( to some very scary ) costume and use ours natural physical comedy talent and showmanship to entertain.

Please do not worry, this is not a problem for us. Before the start of the show we will mix and mingle with your children building a friendly rapport with each one quickly learning and understanding a brief knowledge of their characters.
No child is forced to participate, but everyone is encouraged to have a good giggle!
